Tuning System with Tye F.- He has a reference track that uses for microphone tuning. Sent and output from Qlab to just the vocal speaker. Usually, a couple of speaker boxes on the center cluster plus the delay speaker. Play that vocal track thought those speakers would give you a general idea with a very clear voice how is that sound like to you.
